Discretion and security on all orders:  KGBcameras is our online webname and will not appear on any credit/debit or invoice statements.  We regard your privacy and discretion with the highest respect.  Our business trading name is "George and Li International" and we are registered with the FSB as; "cctv and gadgets online retailer" we are a business to consumer distributor of consumer electronics.  We do not store any of our customers payment details nor do we share them with 3rd parties.  Contact details and your purchase order number are stored on file for warranty and reference only for the required period of time.

Payment options:

Online: We can accept all major credit and debit cards online through paypal, from all EU countries, simply click on the "add to cart" buttons.  Credit/debit cards online to  sales@kgbcameras.co.uk/payment@kgbcameras.co.uk through 3rd party secure 128 bit server, paypal has discreet billing reads GeorgeandLi on bill, and is the safest possible way to make a payment on the web, providing the highest customer protection.  This is the safest way to make payment, both parties are offered payment protection and the buyers credit/debit card details are not disclosed to the seller preventing any unauthorised access.  VAT is added at 15%

By phone:  To order by phone, please have the order number, description and website price ready dial: Landline 01933 225496 (this is also Sylvester jewellers) or the mobile number 07535 151081 and ask for wireless camera sales.  We will be able to take your call Monday through to Saturday (Thursday before 12 noon).  For next day special delivery there is a charge of: cameras only £4.25 complete kits £6.40, larger kits (more than 1 camera)/double kits £6.85+  all postage costs go to royal mail, for other items postage value please enquire all credit/debit card details are not kept for any longer than 10 days.  Please remember to add VAT at 15%.

Directly into our business bank account:  We have a business bank account with the HSBC bank in the name of George and Li International.  Please enquire for bank account details in order to make a direct payment.  Our online banking means we can dispatch you order the minute the funds are cleared into the account.  Please remember to add VAT at 15%.

Collection in person:  Please e-mail your order through, we shall then confirm and prepare the order.  Allow up to 7 days notice.  We are open for collection Monday through to Saturday (excluding Thursdays).

Legal notice and disclaimer - Our wireless cameras and wireless camera kits are CE and FC approved on the 2.4Ghz frequency and 5.8Ghz (some EU countries also permit the use of other frequencies 0.9/1.2/2.5GHz)  and can be legally used in the UK/EU and USA.  Please do not use for illegal activities and when using in a public place there must be a sign clearly visible stating that "Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Is Operating In The Area" or words to that effect.  In your own home you must also understand the laws governing the use of CCTV and/or surveillance of your country, if you have reasonable doubt to question the application then seek legal advice first.  George and Li International (KGBcameras), its owners and employees will not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the misuse of its products which includes inappropriate use (including frequencies and power, we have provided guidelines next to each product for our UK customers) it is the consumers legal duty to abide by the laws and regulations governing their country.

VAT is charged at the UK rate of 15% to all EU consumers.

UK Military Personnel Overseas
We are able to supply VAT free to UK military personnel overseas, provided that,

1 The purchase is for personal use for the person ordering
or
2 Official use for the body (ie NATO).
3 (you must confirm which) and,
4 You must provide an authorised order on headed  paper (by supervising officer) quoting Article 15:10 of EC Directive  77/388/EEC claiming exemption from VAT

Declaration of conformity for our wireless class 1 equipment (all of our wireless cameras available to the UK as stated on the website/catalogues): Hereby, George and Li International declares that this wireless class 1 radio equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of the Directive 1999/5/EC.  The declaration of conformity can be consulted at the above address or by e-mail.

RoHS - All imports since 2006 are RoHS compliant.

WEEE - We are WEEE compliant, if you require help in disposal of unwanted electronics purchased from our company after there useful life is over or after you no longer require them please contact us at the above address or by e-mail so that we may return them to the manufacturer or dispose of them in the correct manner.

Credit and debit card transactions will display a payment to GEORGELIINT.

Warranty - 12 Months free warranty on all products (for retail this does not affect the consumer statuary rights).  We will replace or repair any products that develop a fault within normal working conditions following the guidelines included.  Tampering with the cameras will void the warranty, which includes:   Do not attempt to fix/repair any products.  Security seals/tamper stickers and screws must not be compromised.  Do not attempt to open the casing of any of the cctv or mini surveillance cameras. 

Returns policy for exchange - Please e-mail/write first for your returns number subject heading "returns number request" the returns number along with a brief description of the fault must be included with the return package.  The time period for return is 6 months.

Returns policy for refund - Please e-mail/write first for your returns number subject heading "returns number request" the returns number must be included with the return package.  We offer a 7 day returns policy.  Returns made within 7 days of receipt qualify for a full refund.  Electronic items which are returned in a used or worn condition including packaging are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee, electronics require a full testing procedure by a member of staff.  We are unable to re-fund returned items for which the customer has been responsible for causing the following; damaged goods, missing parts, copyrighted software related items (a licensing agreement is entered into with the software/data provider) or recordable media items.  The retail packaging must also be in the same condition as received, complete and fit for resale.  We are unable to refund the customers return postage fee.  Business returns for refund are subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee.

Confused what to buy? - Please feel free to ask, have a browse and click on the buttons on the left, the complete camera kits, 2.4Ghz are the most popular and will include everything you need to plug and play with your t.v or video at home.  As for wired cctv once again the camera can be connected to your t.v/video or other monitor.  For connection to your p.c a usb video device, dvr or p.c/t.v card can be used, we now also have a 2.4Ghz kit which can be connected to your p.c directly as well as the standard t.v connection.

Delivery time - 1 to 2 days uk; posted  by next day special delivery, traceable and insured in  plain grey special delivery packages.  EU up to 5 business days.

Need to pick up - Its possible, either Wellingborough (Northamptonshire) or Reading (Berkshire) but please do contact us first as we are primarily mail order/internet most of our equipment is stored in Reading, Berkshire.
